Oil fired central heating, which includes under floor heating downstairs. Open fire in the lounge (logs and coal provided). Colour television/video, CD Player, Automatic washing machine, Microwave, Electric hob and oven.

Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Crockery and Utensils. (cot, Stair-gate and High Chair available. Baby-sitting by arrangement).
